I provided outplacement support to 29 client companies across 8 different sectors – Pharmaceutical, Food, IT, Financial Services | Banking, Healthcare, Facilities Management, Retail, Logistics. I supported circa 430 employees during career transition, both 1-1 coaching and workshops
GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIPS
I facilitated 13 x 1-day workshops for two government partnerships, supporting people with disabilities, long term unemployed, and new arrivals to Ireland. I supported circa 130 participants
3rd LEVEL | EDUCATION
I delivered workshops and career talks to 5 education providers, engaging with circa 200+ students
PRIVATE CLIENTS
I provided 1-1 coaching to circa 200+ private clients, focusing on CV | LinkedIn writing and interview coaching
