I coined this phrase some years back. WHY? Many of my interview coaching clients were stiff and robotic during mock interviews. They lacked energy and personality. If you don’t win the enthusiasm and personality battle at a job interview, you WON’T get hired. It’s as simple as that!!
The MANNEQUINN analogy will keep you focused on your delivery during job interviews!!
